Last weekend in July
Looks like my British Open selections werent too shabby at all. Hopefully, you won some money as I did.
Pretty much right on with Woods as his name was talked about a little on Sunday am, but it was only a Top 20. Also, Phil didnt play well as I pointed out, as I was not fooled by his solid performance in the Scottish the week before.
My #1 Donald played pretty well until blowing up on Saturday, something I was afraid of. Most of the Europeans seem to play well in three of four rounds often in majors, but they always have that one round 75+ that puts them out of contention. Then Garcia and Harrington, my #2 and #3 ranked guys made it to a playoff. Gotta feel for Garcia, but Harrington showed great resolve coming back after making a mess of the 18th in regulation to win his first major. Had a feeling this was going to be the week the Euros broke their major drought, lets see what happens going forward and hope it doesnt take another 8 years to win again.

I have available a template for people looking to power rate out players with the point system their league uses. It is excel based, and very handy with results shown in only a few short minutes. I have populated the top players at each position (QB,RB,WR,TE,D,K) with their stats from last year, all you have to do is adjust for your scoring system to get an accurate look how guys did last year in your system. Even includes an adjustment for WR's taking into account how many times they were the target of a pass. Also normalizes results for players that did not play an entire season as if they did.
